Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Patients with Hemisensory Disorder after Stroke by Electroacupuncture Stimulation of Yangming Meridian Points
Objective:To study the clinical effect of electroacupuncture stimulation of Yangming meridian points in the treatment of hemisensory disorders after stroke.Methods:80 patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each group. The control group was given individualized sensory rehabilitation treatment and the treatment group was combined with electroacupuncture treatment at Yangming meridian points on the basis of the control group. The upper limbs were selected as Quchi,Hegu,Jianyu,Shousanli,Shangyang and Binao of Yangming large intestine meridian of affected limb hands. The lower limbs were selected as Zusanli,Fenglong,Lidui,Xiexi,Fu-tu and Biguan of the stomach meridian of foot Yangming. After 4 weeks, the sensory function score,MBI and NHISS of the two groups were recorded. Results:The differences in the sensory function score,MBI and NHISS between the two groups before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05)and the differences in the sensory function score,MBI and NHISS between the two groups after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the treat-ment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 67.50%and 90.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The electroacupuncture treattment of Yangming meridian points can effectively improve the recov-ery of the patients with hemisensory disorder after stroke.
