Clinical Observation of Floating Acupuncture Reperfusion in the Treatment of Post-stroke Constipation
Objective:This study was designed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of floating acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke constipation.Methods:60 patients with clinically diagnosed constipation after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group by randomized control method.30 patients in observa-tion group received floating acupuncture treatment and 30 patients in the control group received routine acupuncture treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated mainly by constipation symptoms and life quality score. Results:After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of the constipation symptom and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of control group 63.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The floating acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the defecation and quality of life of patients with post-stroke constipation, and has good safety and affordability.
