Analysis of Medication Rule of Professor Cao Zhiqun in the Treatment of Diarrheal Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based on Data Mining
Objective:To study the medication rule of Professor Cao Zhiqun in the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods:A total of 128 IBS-D patients treated by Professor Cao Zhiqun in the outpa-tient department of The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected,and their first prescription was selected as the research object.Microsoft Office Excel 2019 soft-ware was used to make statistics on the frequency,efficacy,property,taste and channel tropism of herbs.The high-frequency herbs with a frequency of＞30％was extracted and the data was input into the cloud platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Records for herb association analysis and cluster analysis.The herb association network diagram for high frequency herbs was drawn by IBM SPSS Model 18.0 software.Results:107 herbs were contained in 128 TCM prescriptions.Among them,the high frequency herbs were atractylodis,codonopsis,costustoot,coptis,dodder,po-ria,dark plum,lotus seed,white lentil and so on.The properties were mainly mild and warm,the tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the channel tropism was mainly spleen and stomach.Four new prescriptions were ob-tained by systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion:In the treatment of IBS-D,Professor Cao Zhiqun focused on the basic pathogenesis of"spleen deficiency and excessive dampness",started from the three viscus of liver,spleen and kidney,and took soothing the liver,restoring the spleen and stomach,warming the stomach and intestine and promo-ting the circulation of qi as the basic treatment methods,paying attention to strengthening the spleen and reducing dampness,and at the same time paying attention to regulating the rise and fall of qi movement.
