健脾益肺方治疗肺脾气虚型变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘要
目的 观察健脾益肺方治疗肺脾气虚型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法 选择肺脾气虚型变应性鼻炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例及对照组30例.对照组给予糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂+抗组胺药,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合健脾益肺方,疗程为4周.4周后比较2组治疗前后症状、体征及生活质量评分,以此评估疗效.结果 治疗组的总有效率为93.33％,而对照组为66.67％,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);2组患者治疗后临床症状、体征、生活质量评分均低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 健脾益肺方对变应性鼻炎的临床疗效肯定,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Spleen-strengthening and Lung-tonifying Prescription on allergic rhinitis with lung-spleen qi deficiency type.Methods:60 patients with lung-spleen qi deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was given glu-cocorticoid nasal spray+antihistamine,and the treatment group was combined with Spleen-strengthening and Lung-tonifying Prescription on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,the symptoms,signs and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and the curative effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33％in the treatment group and 66.67％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptoms,signs and quality of life scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the treatment group was bet-ter than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Spleen-strengthening and Lung-tonifying Prescription has a def-inite clinical effect on allergic rhinitis,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the quality of life of patients.
