经筋刺血拔罐联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴疼痛的疗效观察

摘要
目的 观察经筋刺血拔罐联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴疼痛的临床治疗效果.方法 选择符合纳入标准的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,将其随机分成2组,对照组和观察组,每组各40例.对照组采用毫针针刺治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用经筋刺血拔罐治疗.对2组治疗前后日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分、视觉模拟评分表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分和临床疗效进行对比分析.结果2组患者治疗后JOA、VAS以及ODI评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P＜0.05),且观察组比对照组改善更明显(P＜0.05);对照组和观察组总有效率分别为80.00％和97.50％,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 经筋刺血拔罐联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴疼痛疗效显著,可以明显改善腰腿痛症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得进一步推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of meridian pricking blood cupping combined with acupunc-ture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with pain.Methods:80 patients with lumbar disc herniation meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and the observation group was treated with blood cupping and acupuncture through meridians.Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treatment Score(JOA)score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score and clinical effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the JOA,VAS and ODI scores in the two groups were significantly im-proved compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was more ob-vious than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group were 80.00％and 97.50％,respectively,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The meridian pricking blood cupping combined with acupuncture is effec-tive in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with pain and can significantly improve the symptoms of lumbar and leg pain,raise the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
