Objective:To analyze the prescription information of Chinese patent medicines used in treating gyne-cological blood disorders through data mining,and explore prescription patterns and core prescriptions to provide in-sights and references for clinical application and new medicine development.Methods:Prescription information for trea-ting gynecological blood disorders was extracted from the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(Volume Ⅰ)and the Newly Compiled National Chinese Patent Medicines.By using TCM Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.5),formula analysis,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis were performed.Results:A total of 137 prescriptions were included.Statistical analysis revealed that uterine bleeding was the most common indication,primarily associated with Qi-blood deficiency and Qi stagnation with blood stasis.The main therapeutic principles were tonifying Qi to nourish blood as well as promoting blood circulation to resolve stasis.A total of 294 herbs were used 1,565 times in total,with Angelica being the most frequently used.The property of most herbs were primarily warm in nature,with sweet and bitter flavors,and commonly targeted the liver,spleen,and kidney meridians.Tonify-ing herbs were the most frequently employed.The association rule analysis identified 24 herb pairs,19 core herb com-binations,and the cluster analysis yielded five core prescription patterns.Conclusion:The analysis of the prescription patterns and core prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines for gynecological blood disorders by using TCM Inheritance Computing Platform provides valuable guidance for clinical application and new herb development.
