Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions of Compound Banbianlian Injection

摘要
目的 探索复方半边莲注射液不良反应发生情况及其相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据、PubMed等国内外数据库建库至 2022 年 12 月发表复方半边莲注射液致不良反应相关文献,共收集 29 例不良反应病例,对相关信息进行收集和分析.结果 29 例患者中原患疾病主要为上呼吸道感染 24例(82.76%),给药途径为静脉滴注 28 例(96.55%),不良反应的发生多在用药后的 20 min以内,不良反应以皮肤及附件损害和心血管系统损害最为常见.结论 复方半边莲注射液虽然可能引起不良反应,但多数在停药和对症治疗后都能恢复正常,但在临床使用中仍然需要加强监测不良反应的发生,保证用药安全.
Abstract
Objective To explore the occurrence and related factors of adverse reactions in compound banbianlian injection,and to provide a reference with the medicine for clinical reasonable.Methods The literature related to adverse reactions caused by compound banbianlian injection published from the establishment of the database to December 2022 was systematically searched in CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database,PubMed and other domestic and foreign databases.A total of 29 cases of adverse reactions were collected,and the relevant information was collected and analyzed.Results Among the 29 patients,the primary diseases were mainly upper respiratory tract infection in 24 cases(82.76%),and the route of administration was intravenous drip in 28 cases(96.55%).Adverse reactions occurred mostly within 20 minutes after medication.The most common adverse reactions were skin and accessory damage and cardiovascular system damage.Conclusion Although compound banbianlian injection may cause adverse reactions,most of them can return to normal after drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment.However,it is still necessary to strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions in clinical use to ensure the safety of medication.
