Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Gongliuxiao Capsules on Sex Hormone Levels in Patients with Uterine Fibroid
Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with gongliuxiao capsules on sex hormone levels in patients with uterine fibroid.Methods 100 patients admitted to Jiangxi Baijia Emma Maternity Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were devided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group treated with mifepristone.On the basis of the control group,the observation group treated with gongliuxiao capsules.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,menstrual volume,uterine volume,lesion volume,sex hormone level,Vascular endothelial growth factor level,menstrual symptoms and other accompanying symptoms scores,and hemorheology were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference in statistical(P<0.05);the adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference in statistical results(P<0.05);the menstrual volume,uterine volume,and lesion volume of the observation group were all smaller than those of the control group,with significant differences in statistical results(P<0.05);after intervention,the levels of progestin(P),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group and control group were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with significant differences in statistical results(P<0.05);the level of vascular endothelial growth factor in the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the scores of menstrual symptoms and other accompanying symptoms in the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the whole blood reduced viscosity was high shear,whole blood reduced viscosity was low shear,plasma viscosity value,and red blood cell aggregation index in the the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with gongliuxiao capsules has a positive impact on the sex hormone level of patients with Uterine fibroid,which can improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce adverse reactions of patients and have a high application value.
