Effects of Yunnan Baiyao Combined with Rabeprazole on Serum Inflammatory Mediators and Gastrointestinal Hormones in Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of yunnan baiyao and rabeprazole in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 80 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Fenyi County People's Hospital from January 2019 to September 2022 were selected as clinical treatment objects,randomly divided into reference group(n=40)and combination group(n=40)according to the red and blue two-color ball method.The reference group was treated with rabeprazole,the combination group were treated with rabeprazole and yunnan baiyao.The effects,symptom relief time,coagulation function,gastrointestinal hormones,inflammatory markers and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The drug effect of combination group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).The hemostatic time,hematemesis stopping time,black stool stopping time and hospital stay in the combination group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,D-D,PLT,Gas and NLR were significantly improved in combination group and reference group,and the improvement degree of combination group was better than that of reference group(P<0.05).There were no differences in adverse reactions such as dizziness,abdominal discomfort and nausea between the combination group and the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of rabeprazole and yunnan baiyao can significantly improve coagulation function,regulate gastrointestinal hormones,improve gastrointestinal function,inhibit the expression of inflammatory markers,and promote rapid relief of symptoms in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
