Comparative Analysis of Clinical Effects of Phloroglucinol and Atosiban in the Treatment of Threatened Premature Labor
Objective To compare the clinical effects of phloroglucinol and atosiban in the treatment of threatened premature labor.Methods A total of 82 pregnant women with threatened premature labor who were hospitalized in Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into group A and group B by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,group A was treated with phloroglucinol.Group B was treated with atosiban.The drug onset time,prolonging pregnancy time,clinical effect,success rate of fetal protection,sex hormone level(progesterone,estriol),neonatal status(body weight,head circumference,length,Apgar score)and adverse drug reactions were compared between group A and group B after medication.Results After treatment,the drug onset time in group A was faster than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the extended gestation time in group A was was shorter than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of group A was lower than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of fetal protection in group A was lower than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,progesterone in group A was lower than that in group B,estriol in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The body mass,head circumference,body length and Apgar score of group A were slightly lower than in group B,the difference were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was slightly lower than that in group B,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of threatened preterm labor,the drug effect time of atosiban is slightly slower than that of phloroglucinol,but the pregnancy extension time is longer than that of phloroglucinol.Besides,the clinical effective rate,the success rate of fetal protection and the effect of improving the sex hormone level of patients after the treatment of threatened preterm labor are better than that of phloroglucinol.Therefore,atosiban should be preferred in the treatment of patients with threatened preterm labor.
