Effect of Clinical Pharmaceutical Care on Patient Pain Level and Medication Compliance in the Standardized Treatment of Patients with Cancer Pain
Objective To explore the pain degree and medication of pharmaceutical patients in the standardized treatment of cancer pain patients.Methods From July 2021 to June 2022,40 patients in Ji'an First People's Hospital were diagnosed as malignant tumors by relevant examination,and 40 patients who did not receive clinical pharmaceutical care from July to December 2021 were treated as the control group,and 40 patients who received clinical pharmaceutical care from January to June 2022 were compared with medication compliance and pain control disorder score,pain degree and satisfaction score,functional status score(KPS)score,and diet volume changes between the two groups.Results The control group medication adherence score was significantly lower than the study group(P<0.05),Pain control disorder score was significantly higher than after the intervention(P<0.05);the treatment style,pain care,pain relief,and health education were significantly lower than that of the study group(P<0.05);in the control group,the worst pain,the least pain,the average pain degree and the pain degree in the past 24h were significantly higher than that of the study group(P<0.05);the KPS scores of the study group in daily life,mood,walking ability,daily work,relationship with others,sleep,and life interest were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the number of cases in the control group was significantly lower than the study group(P<0.05),the number of no changes was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using clinical pharmaceutical services for the standardized treatment of patients with cancer pain can ensure that pharmacists can participate in the management of cancer pain and achieve good results,which is of great significance to establish a good image of pharmacists,increase the trust of doctors and patients in pharmacists,and promote clinical pharmacists to participate in the management of cancer pain.
