枳壳(饮片)在不同储存条件下质量标志物稳定性研究

目的 以江西道地药材枳壳(饮片)作为研究对象,以质量标志物柚皮苷及新橙皮苷的含量变化为指标,研究质量标志物柚皮苷及新橙皮苷的含量变化规律。方法 根据《中国药典》2020 年版一部中枳壳的含量测定方法,以质量标志物柚皮苷及新橙皮苷的含量变化为指标,参考经典恒温实验法和留样观察法实验,考察不同温度、湿度条件下枳壳中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量随时间的变化情况。结果 通过经典恒温实验法和留样观察法实验,柚皮苷及新橙皮苷的含量随着温湿度的升高呈现先增后减再逐渐趋平的趋势。结论 根据枳壳(饮片)质量标志物柚皮苷及新橙皮苷在不同储存条件下的含量变化规律,为枳壳(饮片)的科学储存养护提供理论依据,为药品规范化管理提供数据支撑。
Study on the Stability of Quality Indicators of Aurantii Fructus(Decoction Pieces)under Different Storage Conditions
Objective To study the changes in the content of quality markers naringin and neohesperidin in Jiangxi authentic medicinal herb aurantii fructus(decoction pieces),using the changes in the content of quality markers naringin and neohesperidin as indicators.Methods According to the content determination method of aurantii fructus in Part 1 of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,using the changes in the content of quality indicators naringin and neohesperidin as indicators,the changes in the content of naringin and neohesperidin in aurantii fructus over time under different temperature and humidity conditions were investigated through classical constant temperature experiment and retention observation method.Results Through the classic constant temperature experiment method and sample observation method,the content of naringin and neohesperidin showed a trend of first increasing,then decreasing,and then gradually flattening with the increase of temperature and humidity.Conclusion Based on the changes in the content of naringin and neohesperidin,the quality indicators of aurantii fructus(decoction pieces),under different storage conditions,theoretical basis is provided for the scientific storage and maintenance of aurantii fructus(decoction pieces),and data support is provided for standardized drug management.
