An Animal Experimental Study Based on the Eliminating Necrotic Tissues and Promoting Granulation Method Explores the Promotion of Wound Healing in the Perianal Abscess Surgery by Shengbailing Medication Yarn Strip
Objective This study aimed to observe the effect of shengbailing medication on wound healing in perianal abscess surgery.Methods 40 SD rats divided into four groups,including a blank group,a model group,a rayonel group,and a shengbailing medication group.Except for the blank group,the other three groups received fecal bacteria injection to create a perianal abscess model and were administered medication until the rats'wounds completely healed.Observed the time of wound healing,closure index on the 5th,10th,and 15th days,white blood cell levels on the 3rd and 15th days,and the expression levels of VEGF,b-FGF,and the inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6 at the wound site.Results The time for complete wound healing in the shengbailing medication group and rayonel group rats was significantly shorter compared to the model group(P<0.01),and the shengbailing group had a shorter healing time than the rayonel group(P<0.01).The closure index on the 5th,10th,and 15th days at the wound site of rats in the shengbailing medication group and rayonel group was significantly higher than the model group(P<0.01),and the closure index in the shengbailing medication group was higher than the rayonel group on all three days(P<0.01).Compared to the a blank group,all three modeling groups showed a significant increase in white blood cell count on the 3rd day(P<0.01),and the white blood cell increase in the shengbailing medication group was more significant(P<0.01).On the 15th day,the white blood cell count of rats in the rayonel group and shengbailing medication group was lower than that of the model group(P<0.01),and the decrease in white blood cells was more significant in the shengbailing medication group than the rayonel group(P<0.01).The expression level of VEGF in the wound tissue of rats in the shengbailing medication group was significantly higher than that in the model group and rayonel group(P<0.01).The expression level of b-FGF in the wound tissue of rats in the shengbailing medication group and rayonel group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.01),and the expression level of b-FGF in the shengbailing medication group was higher than that in the rayonel group(P<0.01).The expression level of the pro-inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α in the wound tissue of rats in the shengbailing medication group and rayonel group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.01),and the expression level of IL-6 and TNF-α in the wound tissue of the shengbailing medication group was lower than that in the rayonel group(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of shengbailing medication yarn strip,based on the principle of"debridement muscle"can promote wound healing in perianal abscesses by regulating the levels of inflammatory factors and increasing the expression of VEGF and b-FGF.
