Effect of Slow Obstructive Pulmonary 6 Formula Combined with Acupoint Application on the Efficacy and Immune Function of AECOPD
Objective To explore the effect of slow obstruction pulmonary 6 formula combined with acupoint application on the efficacy of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and immune function.Methods Prospective analysis,80 cases of AECOPD patients admitted to the Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study object,and were divided into 40 cases each in the treatment group and the control group by the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,and the treatment group was combined with slow obstructive pulmonary 6 formula combined with acupoint application treatment,comparing the clinical efficacy,immune function[the percentage of T lymphocyte subpopulations CD4+,CD8+and the change of CD4+/CD8+ratio]and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 10 d of treatment,the CD4+,CD4+/CD8+of both groups were higher than that before treatment,and the CD8+was lower than that before treatment,and changes in various indexes of the treatment group were more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When comparing the adverse reactions occurring in the treatment period of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Chronic obstructive pulmonary 6 formula combined with acupoint application treatment of AECOPD patients is effective,can effectively improve the patient's immune function,safety is better.
