Clinical Study of Selenium Yeast Tablets Combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in Hashimoto Thyroiditis with Hypothyroidism
Objective To study the clinical effect of combining selenium yeast tablets and levothyroxine sodium tablets in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism.Methods 84 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism were admitted to The First People's Hospital of Jiujiang from January 2022 to January 2023.Divided into the observation group(42 cases)and the control group(42 cases)using a random number table method.The clinical efficacy,thyroid hormone,thyroid antibodies and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 95.24%,which was statistically different from that of the control group,which was 78.57%(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher levels of FT3,FT4,and immune cells CD3+and CD8+than the control group;and lower levels of TSH,TPO-Ab,TG-Ab,and immune cells CD4+and CD4+/CD8+than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Selenium yeast tablets combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets have better therapeutic efficacy,which can effectively improve the level of thyroid hormones,reduce the immune response,safe and reliable.
