Effect of Compound Ipratropium Bromide Combined with Bromohexine on Blood Gas Analysis and Lung Function in Coal Workers'Pneumoconiosis Patients with Concurrent Infection
Objective To investigate the effect of compound ipratropium bromide combined with bromohexine on blood gas analysis and lung function in coal workers'pneumoconiosis with concurrent infection.Methods 80 coal workers'pneumoconiosis with concurrent infection patients admitted to Pingxiang Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with bromohexine,and the observation group was treated with compound ipratropium bromide combined with bromohexine,all treated for 10 days.The clinical efficacy,blood gas analysis index,lung function and adverse effects were compared in the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 95.00%,compared with 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Oxygen saturation(95.36±2.79)%,arterial blood oxygen partial pressure(83.13±4.14)mmHg,were higher than the control group(92.24±2.13)%,(77.56±3.25)mmHg(P<0.05).The arterial blood partial carbon dioxide pressure index(36.85±2.11)mmHg was lower than the control group(40.56±2.65)mmHg.Forced expiratory volume(2.15±0.31)L,forced vital capacity(2.65±0.20)L,one second rate(81.13±7.19)%,were higher than the control group(1.69±0.23)L,(2.34±0.14)L,(72.22±5.26)%,were statistical difference(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the observation group were 17.5%,compared to 15.00%of the control group,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound ipratropium bromide combined with bromohexine is effective in the treatment of coal workers'pneumoconiosis with concurrent infection patients,and can effectively improve the blood gas index and lung function of patients,and is safe and reliable.
