Observation of Clinical Effect of Guben Jiuxin Prescription Combined with Anti-heart Failure Drugs on Heart Failure with Syndrome Differentiation of Heart and Lung Qi Deficiency
Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of guben jiuxin prescription and anti-heart failure drugs for heart failure disease which was dialectical of heart and lung qi deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 60 patients with heart failure admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anti-heart failure drugs,based on this,the observation group was treated with guben jiuxin prescription,all treated for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect,electrocardiogram index,6 min walking test(6MWT),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group 96.67%was higher than that of the control group 73.33%(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),peak E/peak A(E/A),cardiac output(CO)and stroke output(SV)in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum BNP level in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the 6MWT in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Guben jiuxin prescription combined with anti-heart failure drugs can effectively improve the patients'motor function and heart function with good safety.
