复方珍珠暗疮片对寻常痤疮患者皮损情况及GAGS评分的影响

摘要
目的 探讨复方珍珠暗疮片对寻常痤疮患者皮损情况及GAGS评分的影响.方法 选择 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 6月于景德镇市皮肤病医院就诊的 96 例寻常痤疮患者,用随机数字表法分成试验组、常规组,各 48 例.常规组予多西环素胶囊治疗,在其基础上,试验组予复方珍珠暗疮片治疗,治疗持续 8 周后对比两组皮损情况、GAGS评分及炎性细胞因子水平.结果 治疗后,两组皮损颜色、皮损性质、皮损肿痛评分均降低,且试验组较常规组更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后GAGS评分均降低,且试验组较常规组更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后白介素(IL)-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-1α均降低,且试验组较常规组更低(P<0.05).结论 复方珍珠暗疮片治疗寻常痤疮可拮抗炎性细胞因子表达,降低GAGS评分,促皮损症状改善.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of compound pearl acne tablets on skin lesions and GAGS scores of patients with acne vulgaris(AV).Methods Ninety-six AV patients who at Jingdezhen Dermatology Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the conventional group,each with 48 cases by random number method.The conventional group was treated with doxycycline capsules,and on its basis,the experimental group was treated with compound pearl acne tablets,all treated for 8 weeks,compare the skin lesions,GAGS scores and inflammatory cytokine levels of the two groups.Results The color of skin lesions,nature of skin lesions,swelling and pain scores of skin lesions were reduced in both groups after treatment,and the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);GAGS scores of skin lesions,nature of skin lesions,swelling and pain scores of skin lesions in the experimental group were reduced in both groups after treatment,and the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the levels of interleukin(IL)-17,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and IL-1α were all reduced,were lower in the experimental group compared with those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound pearl acne tablets for AV can antagonize the expression of inflammatory cytokines,reduce the GAGS score,and promote the improvement of skin lesion symptoms.
