Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Flutamide Inhalation Preparation Combined with Glycine Theophylline
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of flutamide inhalation preparation combined with glycine theophylline in the treatment of COPD.Methods A total of 72 patients with COPD admitted to Shangyou County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to November 2022 were randomly divided into two groups(n=36).The control group was treated with flutamide inhalation preparation, based on this, the observation group was treated with glycinate theophylline for one month. The clinical efficacy, lung function, blood gas index, inflammatory factors,6MWT level and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group(83.33%),the total effective rate of the observation group(97.22%)was higher(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,PaO2,SaO2 and 6MWT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)and the levels of PaCO2,CRP and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of flutamide inhalation combined with glycinate theophylline in COPD patients is significant, which is beneficial to the improvement of lung function and blood gas indexes of patients, and can effectively reduce the level of body inflammation, and has a high safety.
