Effect of Modified Shenghua Decoction Combined with Heat-sensitive Moxibustion on Lumbago after Painless Delivery and Its Influence on the Degree of Pain
Objective To explore the effect of modified shenghua decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on the treatment of lumbago after painless delivery and its impact on the degree of pain. Methods A total of 76 patients with lumbago after painless delivery admitted to Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2019 to August 2023 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into a control group(n=38)and an observation group(n=38)using blind sampling. The control group received modified shenghua decoction, and based on this, the observation group received heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared after one month of treatment, and the pain level[Six Point Behavioral Pain Score(BRS-6)]and lumbar function[Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher overall effective rate(P<0.05);compared with before treatment, both groups showed a decrease in BRS-6 score and ODI score after treatment, and the observation group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified shenghua decoction and heat-sensitive moxibustion has a significant effect on the treatment of lumbago after painless delivery, which can effectively alleviate the patient's pain and improve their lower back function.
