Effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Thunder-fire Moxibustion on Chronic Gastritis of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type and T Cell Subsets
Objective To investigate the effect of huangqi jianzhong decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type treated in Xingguo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received quadruple anti-Hp treatment,based on this,the observation group was treated with huangqi jianzhong decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion,for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score,T cell subsets,serum indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,higher than that of the control group(76.74%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05);the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+were increased in both groups,and higher in the observation group,while CD8+levels were decreased in both groups,and lower in the observation group(P<0.05);the serum levels of pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG-Ⅰ),gastrin 17(G-17)and pepsinogen Ⅱ(PG-Ⅱ)in 2 groups were increased,and those in observation group were higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of huangqi jianzhong decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type is satisfactory,which can improve serum index and immune function of patients with good safety.
