Effects of Nicardipine Combined with Phentolamine on Serum Levels of AGEs,PAI-1 and Catecholstatin in Patients with Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome
Objective To observe the effects of nicardipine combined with phentolamine on serum levels of advanced glycation end products(AGEs),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)and catestatin(CST)in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods 96 patients with PIH who received treatment in Leping Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group according to random number table method. The control group was treated with phentolamine, and the observation group was treated with nicardipine. The clinical efficacy, serum AGEs,PAI-1,CST levels, blood pressure indexes, pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of AGEs,PAI-1 and CST in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nicardipine combined with phentolamine has a good effect in the treatment of PIH patients, which can significantly improve the levels of serum AGEs,PAI-1 and CST,reduce the blood pressure index, and improve the pregnancy outcome of the mother and child, and the application is safe and the clinical application effect is good.
