Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection Adjuvant Therapy on Angina Pectoris Attack and Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To investigate the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection on angina pectoris and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 93 patients with angina pectoris of CHD treated in Shangrao Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and experimental group(n=47).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The clinical efficacy, angina pectoris attack, heart function, vascular endothelial function, inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the duration of angina pectoris in both groups was shortened, and the frequency of angina pectoris attack was reduced, and the duration and frequency of angina pectoris in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05);cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were increased in both groups, and the experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);endothelin-1(ET-1)decreased and nitric oxide(NO)increased in both groups, and the improvement in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05);CRP and IL-6 were decreased in both groups, and the experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection is effective in the adjuvant treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease. It can improve vascular endothelial function, antagonize inflammatory response, reduce the incidence of angina pectoris, improve cardiac function, and has high safety.
