The Effects of Yunnan Baiyao Combined with Omeprazole on Symptom Relief Time and Coagulation Function in Patients with Non-varicose Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective To investigate the effects of yunnan baiyao combined with omeprazole on symptom relief time and coagulation function in patients with non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB).Methods A total of 90 non-varicose UGIB patients admitted to Shangrao Central Hospital from February 2021 to May 2023 were divided into control group(45 cases)and treatment group(45 cases)by drawing lots.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the treatment group was treated with yunnan baiyao combined with omeprazole.The therapeutic effect,symptom remission time,coagulation function index,stress response index and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the time of hemostasis and stool blood disappearance was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After 24 h of treatment,thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and partially activated thrombin time(APTT)in treatment group were lower than those in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and aldosterone(ALD)and cortisol(Cor)in treatment group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yunnan baiyao combined with omeprazole has a good effect on non-varicose UGIB patients,which can shorten the time of symptom relief,improve coagulation function,reduce stress reaction,and has good safety.
