摘要
本文结合国家现有药品经营与使用等方面的监管法律法规要求,通过对国内各省市出台的药品经营现代物流政策的对比及现场调研,梳理出现有省级药品经营现代物流政策中存在的几个亟待解决的问题,并提出优化的建议,以期推动我国药品经营现代物流政策和药品经营生态链的不断完善,促进药品经营各环节质量安全.
Abstract
This article combines the existing regulatory laws and regulations in terms of drug management and use in the country,through comparing the modern logistics policies for drug management issued by various provinces and cities in China and the on-site research,it sorts out several urgent problems that exist in the current provincial modern logistics policies for drug management,and puts forward suggestions for optimization.The aim is to promote the modern logistics policy of drug distribution for drug management and the ecological chain of drug management in China,and to enhance the quality and safety guarantee of each link in drug management.
