Review and Analysis of Special Prescriptions for Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Our Hospital from 2020 to 2021
Objective To analyze the irrational use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injections in Dongguan Chang'an Hospital(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital")and provide reference for promoting clinical medication.Methods Using the hospital HIS system,retrospectively reviewed and analyzed 19 varieties and 24 quality specifications of TCM injections in our hospital's inpatient areas.Randomly check the discharged medical records of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021,and randomly select 80 discharged and archived medical records every month,with a total of 1 920 medical records selected.Results In 2020,the irrational rate of TCM orders in medical records was 32.08%(308/960),and in 2021,the irrational rate of medical orders was 9.06%(87/960).Among 1 920 medical records,the top three unreasonable types were inappropriate indications,unreasonable choice and dosage of solvents,and unreasonable usage and dosage.Conclusion Through the review of special prescriptions for TCM injections and the role of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical intervention,our hospital has standardized the use of TCM injections.In the future,we should continue to strengthen the review and review of prescriptions and carry out relevant training,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of TCM,and improve the level of rational medication in our hospital.
