Evaluation of the Efficacy of Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules Combined with A'naer Vigills in the Treatment of Female Vaginitis
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules combined with a'naer vigills in the treatment of female vaginitis.Methods Sixty female patients with vaginitis admitted to the First People's Hospital of Dingnan County from March 2022 to November 2023 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table method.The control group(30 cases)was treated with vaginal medication with baofukang suppositories,while the study group(30 cases)were treated with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules combined with a'naer vigills.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the vaginal pH and cleanliness,procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,and white blood cell count levels,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions,were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules with a'naer vigills has a good therapeutic effect on female vaginitis,which can promote the improvement of the vaginal environment of patients,alleviate their inflammatory stimulation,and have high safety and practicality in treatment.
