Effect of Xiaoyao Pills Adjuvant Therapy on the Liver Function of Hepatitis B Patients with Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency and the Negative Rate of Hepatitis B Markers
Objective To investigate the effect of xiaoyao pills in the adjuvant treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency in hepatitis B patients.Methods 80 cases of hepatitis B patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency admitted to the Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases each.The control group was treated with entecavir,based on this,the observation group was treated with xiaoyao pills for 3 months,and the therapeutic effect,liver function,the rate of hepatitis B markers turning negative and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was 77.50%,and the observation group 95.00%was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and alanine transferase(ALT)in 2 groups were decreased,and those in observation group were lower(P<0.05).The negative conversion rates of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B virus deoxydna(HBV-DNA)and e antigen(HBeAg)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyao pills can improve liver function and increase the negative conversion rate of hepatitis B markers with high safety.
