Effects of Fibrinogenase Injection Combined with Prednisone Acetate Tablets on Hemorheology and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Sudden Deafness
Objective To study the effects of fibrinogenase injection combined with prednisone acetate tablets on hemorheology and inflammatory factors in patients with sudden deafness. Methods A total of 104 patients with sudden deafness in The First People's Hospital of Nanyang from November 2021 to November 2023 were retrospectively collected, and the patients were divided into control group(prednisone acetate tablets treatment)and combination group(fibrinogenase injection+prednisone acetate tablets treatment)according to different treatment plans,52 cases each. After 10 days of treatment, the efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions, different frequency hearing thresholds, hemorheology[whole blood low tangential viscosity(LBV),whole blood high tangential viscosity(HBV),hematocrit(HCT),plasma viscosity(PV)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-6]and apoptotic protein[cysteine aspartic proteinase-3(Caspase-3),p53 protein]levels of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(94.23%>80.77%)(P<0.05).After treatment, the hearing thresholds of 0.5 kHz,1 kHz and 2 kHz in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the proteins of LBV,HBV,HCT,PV,IL-1β,IL-6,Caspase-3 and p53 in combination group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(7.69%vs 11.54%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Fibrinogenase injection combined with prednisone acetate tablets is safe and effective in the treatment of sudden deafness, which can inhibit inflammatory response and apoptosis of auditory hair cells, improve hemorheology, and effectively reduce pure tone hearing threshold.
