Effect of Suhuang Zhike Capsules on the Time of Symptom Disappearance and Lung Function in Patients with Community-acquired Pneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of suhuang zhike capsules on the time of symptom disappearance and lung function of patients with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods Eighty-two patients with CAP admitted to General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group using the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,the study group was treated with suhuang zhike capsules on basis of the above treatment,and the two groups were compared in terms of efficacy,symptom disappearance time,lung function,inflammatory response and adverse effects.Results The clinical efficiency,FVC,MMF and FEV1 of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the time of disappearance of cough,pulmonary wet rales,fever and cough and sputum were shorter than those of the control group,and PCT,IL-6 and CRP were lower than those of the control group,which were statistically different(P<0.05).No significant adverse effects were observed in either group.Conclusion The efficacy of suhuang zhike capsules in the treatment of CAP is accurate,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients,improve lung function,and promote the disappearance of symptoms without significant adverse reactions.
