理气复胃口服液在老年患者胆肠吻合术后的临床应用研究

摘要
目的 观察理气复胃口服液对老年患者胆肠吻合术后消化道反应和生活质量改善的效果.方法 纳入 2021-2023 年四川省人民医院治疗的胆总管空肠Roux-Y吻合术老年患者 60 例,服用理气复胃口服液治疗,观察术后 1、3月后患者消化道反应和生活质量变化状况.结果 治疗后 60 例患者消化道反应包括再发性疼痛缓解显著;平均体质量保持平稳且稍有提增,体质量减轻患者数量显著降低(P<0.05);胃肠道生活质量评分(GIQLI)明显提高,各组单项得分均提高(P<0.05).结论 理气复胃口服液能有效改善老年患者胆肠吻合术后消化道反应,有助于生活质量的恢复.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of liqi fuwei oral liquid on improvement of digestive symptom and quality of life in elderly patients after choledochojejunostomy.Methods Sixty elderly patients after choledochojejunostomy during 2021 to 2023 in the Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital were treated with liqi fuwei oral liquid for three months.The improvements of digestive symptoms and quality of life were observed in 1 and 3 months after the treatment.Results The digestive symptoms and recurrent pain of all the patients were significantly reduced after the treatment.The average body weight of the patients was maintained stable or increased slightly.The proportion of patients with body weight loss was obviously reduced(P<0.05).The total scores of gastrointestinal quality of life index(GIQLI)were increased and each individual score was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Liqi fuwei oral liquid can significantly improve the digestive symptoms and quality of life in elderly patients after choledochojejunostomy.
