摘要
目的 分析 2 岁以下儿童肺炎球菌疫苗接种率及其应用效果.方法 采用多阶段随机抽样法,调查 2 岁以下儿童13 价肺炎球菌疫苗(PCV13)接种率,了解呼吸道疾病的发生率和住院率,分析疫苗应用效果.结果 PCV13 全程接种率为 56.26%.非全程接种组有 43.45%存在因病就医,高于完成PCV13 全程免疫的儿童(28.18%),其住院率(13.69%)高于完成PCV13 全程免疫的儿童(3.64%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 儿童PCV13 全程接种率偏低,需采取针对性措施提高儿童PCV13 接种率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the vaccination rate and application effect of pneumococcal vaccine in children under 2 years old.Methods Using multi-stage random sampling method to investigate the vaccination rate of 13-valent pneumococcal vaccine(PCV13)in children under 2 years old,understand the incidence and hospitalization rate of respiratory diseases,and analyze the effectiveness of vaccine application.Results The full vaccination rate of PCV 13 was 56.26%,among them,79.80%were from 1 to 2 years old.43.45%of the non-full vaccination group had medical treatment due to illness,higher than the children who completed PCV 13 full immunization(28.18%).The hospitalization rate(13.69%)was higher than that of children who completed full PCV 13 immunization(3.64%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole vaccination rate of PCV 13 in children is low,so targeted measures should be taken to improve the vaccination rate of PCV 13 in children.
