Application of Potassium Permanganate Fumigation Combined with MEBO in Postoperative Patients with PPH
Objective To explore the application of potassium permanganate fumigation combined with MEBO in patients after PPH.Methods According to the random number table method,60 patients with PPH who were examined in Jingdezhen NO.1 People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate fumigation,and the observation group was treated with MEBO on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effectiveness,wound healing and hospital stay,1 d,3 d and 7 d VAS scores after treatment,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33％higher than that of the control group 70.00％,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of complete wound healing and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter,and the VAS scores at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after treatment were lower,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67％lower than that in the control group 26.67％,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of potassium permanganate fumigation combined with MEBO for postoperative PPH patients is significant,which can help speed up the complete healing of the wound,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the economic pressure of the patients.Meanwhile,the pain can be effectively relieved within a short time after treatment,which is safe and reliable,and worthy of promotion and application.
