Effects of Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Gel Combined with Baofukang Suppository on the Levels of Inflammatory Factors and the Rate of Negative Conversion in High-risk Cervical HPV Infection Patients
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bafukang suppository combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel in the treatment of high-risk cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 120 patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection admitted to Lianxi District People's Hospital of Jiujiang from April 2021 to October 2023 were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)by random number table method.Both groups were cleaned vulva with 0.01％potassium permanganate solution before medication,the control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2b gel,and the observation group was treated with baofukang suppository on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,immune function,negative rate of HPV and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(73.33％),the total effective rate of the observation group(93.33％)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of interleukin-4 in the study group after treatment was lower,and the levels of interleukin-12 and interferon-γ were higher,with statistical significances(P＜0.05);the levels of CD8+in the observation group were lower after treatment,and the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The negative conversion rate of HPV in the observation group was 93.33％,higher than that in the control group(70.00％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α2b gel combined with baofukang suppository has definite efficacy in the treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection,which can help to reduce inflammation,improve immune function,and improve the negative rate of HPV.It is safe and reliable,and has high clinical application value.
