Study on the Effect of Ergoxine Combined with Heparin Treatment on the Maternal and Infant Outcome of Emergency Placental Abruption
Objective Observe the effect of ergoxine combined with heparin in the treatment of emergency placental abruption and its impact on maternal and infant outcomes. Methods This article was a prospective study,119 patients admitted to Jiaozuo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 with placental abruption were randomly divided into an observation group(60 cases)and a control group(59 cases)using computer randomization. The control group was treated with heparin, the observation group was treated with ergometrine on the basis of the control group.Compare the duration of labor, postpartum bleeding, laboratory indicators, coagulation indicators and clinical outcomes of premature infants between two groups. Results The first and second stages of labor were similar in both groups of patients(P>0.05);the third stage of labor time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The postpartum bleeding time and a postpartum bleeding volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 15,30,60 minutes postpartum(P<0.05).The PT of premature infants in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;FIB was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of disseminated intravascular coagulation within 24,48 hours after delivery of premature infants in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ergometrine and heparin in the treatment of placental abruption can effectively shorten the third stage of labor and reduce the risk of postpartum bleeding. It has a positive effect on improving the coagulation function of premature infants and reducing the risk of disseminated intravascular coagulation.
