Exploring the Clinical Efficacy of Self-made Huaixian Decoction in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids with Blood Heat and Wind Dryness
Objective Observation the clinical efficacy of self-made huaixian decoction in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with blood heat and wind dryness.Methods Forty patients diagnosed with blood heat and wind dryness mixed hemorrhoids admitted to Fengcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Randomly divided into two groups,20 cases each group.The experimental group were treated with self-made huaixian decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine formula sitz bath,while the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine formula sitz bath alone.The clinical symptoms of the patients were observed and the therapeutic effect was determined.Results After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of hemorrhoid in the experimental group were 95.0％and 100.0％,which were higher than those in the control group 65％and 95％;the total effective rate of hemorrhoid in the experimental group were 88.9％and 94.5％,which were higher than those in the control group 63.1％and 73.7％;the total effective rates of hemorrhoids in the experimental group were 85.0％and 95.0％,which were higher than those in the control group 55.0％and 75.0％,the difference was statistically significant(P-＜0.05).Conclusion The self-made huaixian decoction,which accords with the dialectical treatment of mixed hemorrhoid of blood heat and wind dryness,the prescription has obvious clinical curative effect and can shorten the time of improving the clinical symptoms of mixed hemorrhoid.
