Efficacy and Safety of Modify Shangjiao Xuanbi Decoction and Sanren Decoction Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia Damp Heat Lung Syndrome
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modify shangjiao xuanbi decoction and sanren decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods 120 children with MPP admitted to Gaoan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the observation group were treated with modify shangjiao xuanbi decoction and sanren decoction combined with azithromycin, all treated for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory level, lung function index,TCM symptom score, symptom disappearance time and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,PCT levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);FVC,FEV1,PEF and PEF25 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of body heat, expectoration, irritability, and sticky mouth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the defervescence, disappearance of pulmonary rales, disappearance of cough and absorption time of pulmonary lesions in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modify shangjiao xuanbi decoction and sanren decoction combined with azithromycin can improve the therapeutic effect of children with MPP,reduce the level of inflammation, accelerate the recovery of lung function, and promote the disappearance of disease symptoms, which is safe and reliable.
