Effects of Lacidophilin Tablets Combined with Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid on Gastric Dynamics and Serum Gastrointestinal Hormone Levels in Children with Functional Dyspepsia
Objective To analyze the effects of lacidophilin tablets combined with jianwei xiaoshi oral liquid on gastric function parameters and serum gastrointestinal hormone levels in children with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 100 children with FD treated in Zhoukou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=50)and combined group(n=50)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with jianwei xiaoshi oral liquid,and the combined group was treated with jianwei xiaoshi oral liquid combined lacidophilin tablets.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,as well as the levels of gastric motility(gastric semi emptying time,antral contraction frequency,antral contraction amplitude),gastric electrical rhythm(waveform response area,average amplitude,average frequency of waveform),gastrointestinal hormones[motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS)]before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was also compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the gastric semi emptying time in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,and the gastric antrum contraction frequency and amplitude in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the total effective rate of the combined group was 92.00％higher than 76.00％of the control group(P＜0.05);the wave response area,average frequency and average amplitude of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(12.00％vs 6.00％)(P＞0.05);the serum SS Level in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,while the MTL and GAS levels in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Lacidophilin tablets combined with jianwei xiaoshi oral liquid in the treatment of children with FD has obvious curative effect,can effectively improve gastric dynamics,regulate gastric electrical rhythm and gastrointestinal hormone levels,and is safe and reliable.
