右美托咪定在POCD中的作用机制研究进展

认知功能障碍(POCD)是术后常见并发症之一,该并发症致病机制复杂,由多种因素共同作用所致。右美托咪定是一种高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,近年来被广泛应用于POCD的预防与治疗中。本文查阅国内外研究文献,旨在综述右美托咪定在POCD患者中的作用机制研究进展。通过论述POCD的研究现状,可知POCD的发病机制较为复杂,其危险因素涉及患者年龄、麻醉时间、基础疾病等多个方面;通过探讨右美托咪定对POCD的作用机制,可知右美托咪定在POCD患者中具有较强的抗应激反应、抗炎、抗氧化之作用,能够减轻镇痛药物剂量。以上内容期望能为POCD临床防治与右美托咪定麻醉方案的制定奠定基础。
Research Progress on the Mechanism of Dexmedetomidine in POCD
Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)is one of the common complications in postoperative patients,and its pathogenic mechanism is complex,caused by multiple factors working together.Dexmedetomidine is a highly selective α2 adrenergic receptor agonist that has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of POCD in recent years.This article reviews domestic and foreign research literature to review the progress in the mechanism of action of dexmedetomidine in patients with POCD.By discussing the current research status of POCD,it is known that the pathogenesis of POCD is relatively complex,and its risk factors involve multiple aspects such as patient age,anesthesia time,and underlying diseases;by exploring the mechanism of action of dexmedetomidine on POCD,it is known that dexmedetomidine has strong anti stress,anti-inflammatory,and antioxidant effects in POCD patients,and can reduce the dosage of analgesic drugs.The above content is expected to lay a foundation for the clinical prevention and treatment of postoperative POCD and the development of dexmedetomidine anesthesia plans.
