Practice and Pathway Construction of 1323 Cases of Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialty Pharmacy "Cloud Clinic" Services
Objective Based on the practice of obstetrics and gynecology specialty pharmacy "cloud clinic" services in Internet hospital,this study aimed to explore the core concerns and potential challenges of the "Internet+pharmaceutical service" model. By constructing a standardized service pathway,it provided valuable references for improving the pharmaceutical service capabilities of medical institutions. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the drug consultation cases received by the obstetrics and gynecology specialty pharmacy "cloud clinic" from June 2020 to December 2023. The demographic characteristics of the consultants,the drugs involved in the consultation issues and their content were systematically sorted out and a standardized service pathway was established. Results A total of 1323 cases of drug consultation were included,and the consultation was mainly concentrated in pregnant and lactating women,accounting for 24.19% and 43.69% respectively. The consultation issues were primarily focused on drug selection (489 cases,36.96%) and medication safety (454 cases,34.32%),while also concerned on drug dosage and administration,drug adverse reaction evaluation,medication precautions,drug interactions,drug supply and storage. In terms of drug types,anti-infective drugs (309 cases,19.02%),respiratory drugs (241 cases,14.83%) and antipyretic analgesics (238 cases,14.65%) were the top three consulting drugs. Conclusion Obstetrics and gynecology specialty pharmacy "cloud clinic" service can conveniently and efficiently solve medication issues for female patients and it is an essential means for the management of chronic disease drug therapy in obstetrics and gynecology. The construction of standardized service pathways,coupled with enhanced management of service quality,response speed and risk control,will significantly promote the high-quality development of this work.
