Objective Establish characteristic chromatograms of pueraria formula granules based on HPLC method. Methods The HPLC method was used to determine the similarity of 12 self-prepared batches of pueraria formula granules,and the "SOP of similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM (Version 2004 A) " software was used to determine the similarity. Results In the characteristic chromatograms study,pueraria was selected as the reference,and 9 common peaks were calibrated and 2 peaks were specified,with a similarity greater than 0.99. Conclusion The characteristic chromatograms of pueraria formula granules established based on HPLC method can be used for quality control of pueraria formula granules .
