A Study on the Effect of Xingshen Kaiqiao Needle Combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Severe Craniocerebral Injury
Objective Observing the effect of the combination of xingshen kaiqiao needle with tongqiao huoxue decoction on postoperative rehabilitation of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods This study was a prospective study,selected 90 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from June 2020 to September 2023,divided into a Western medicine group (45 cases) and a Chinese medicine group (45 cases) using computer random grouping method. The Western medicine group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the Chinese medicine group received xingshen kaiqiao needle combined with tongqiao huoxue decoction treatment. The neuroinflammation,oxidative stress response,neurological function recovery,and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results Under different treatment plans,the levels of IL-8,MCP-1,and hs CRP in the Chinese medicine group were lower than the Western medicine group;the SOD and GSH Px in the Chinese medicine group were higher than the Western medicine group. MDA was lower than the Western medicine group;the Galectin-3,GM-CSF,and NPY of the Chinese medicine group were lower than the Western medicine group;the GOS score of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the Western medicine group,and the mFS score was lower than that of the Western medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of xingshen kaiqiao needle with tongqiao huoxue decoction can alleviate neuroinflammation and oxidative stress response in severe craniocerebral injury,promote the recovery of neurological function in patients,and improve prognosis.
