Effects of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor for Injection Combined with Fibrinogenase Injection on Cerebral Hemodynamics and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarct
Objective To study the effects of mouse nerve growth factor (NGF) for injection combined with fibrinogenase injection on cerebral hemodynamics and oxidative stress in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods A total of 93 patients with ACI in Zhoukou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected retrospectively and divided into the control group (45 cases) and the study group (48 cases) according to different treatment schemes. The control group was treated with fibrinogenase injection,and the study group was treated with NGF for injection combined with fibrinogenase injection. The clinical efficacy,stroke specific quality of life scale (SS-QOL),neurological deficit scale (NDS) score,activity of daily living scale (ADL) score,cerebral hemodynamics[mean blood flow velocity (Vm),end diastolic blood flow velocity (Vd),resistance index (RI)],oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),malondialdehyde (MDA)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group (93.75%) was higher than that of the control group (75.56%) (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the control group,Vm,Vd and SOD were higher,RI,GSH-PX and MDA were lower in the study group after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of SS-QOL and ADL of the two groups were increased,and the NDS score was decreased,especially in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of NGF for injection combined with fibrinogenase injection in the treatment of ACI patients is significant,which can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function,improve the quality of life of patients,improve cerebral blood circulation,reduce oxidative stress reaction,and has certain safety.
