注射用鼠神经生长因子联合纤溶酶注射液对急性脑梗死患者脑血流动力学及氧化应激反应的影响

目的 研究注射用鼠神经生长因子(NGF)联合纤溶酶注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者脑血流动力学及氧化应激反应的影响。方法 本研究回顾性选取2022年1月至2024年1月周口市中医院收治的ACI患者93例,按不同治疗方案分为参照组45例、研究组48例。参照组采用纤溶酶注射液治疗,研究组采用注射用NGF联合纤溶酶注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效,脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL),神经功能缺损程度(NDS)评分,日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分,脑血流动力学[(平均血流速度Vm)、舒张期末血流速度(Vd)、阻力指数(RI)],氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)],不良反应发生率。结果 研究组总有效率(93。75%)高于参照组(75。56%)(P<0。05),且两组不良反应总发生率比较无明显差异(P>0。05)。治疗后,与参照组对比,研究组Vm、Vd、SOD高,RI、GSH-Px、MDA低(P<0。05)。两组治疗后SS-QOL、ADL评分升高,NDS评分降低,其中联合组改善更为明显(P<0。05)。结论 注射NGF联合纤溶酶注射液治疗ACI患者效果显著,可有效促进神经功能恢复,提高患者生活质量,改善脑血液循环,降低氧化应激反应,且具有一定安全性。
Effects of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor for Injection Combined with Fibrinogenase Injection on Cerebral Hemodynamics and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarct
Objective To study the effects of mouse nerve growth factor (NGF) for injection combined with fibrinogenase injection on cerebral hemodynamics and oxidative stress in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods A total of 93 patients with ACI in Zhoukou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected retrospectively and divided into the control group (45 cases) and the study group (48 cases) according to different treatment schemes. The control group was treated with fibrinogenase injection,and the study group was treated with NGF for injection combined with fibrinogenase injection. The clinical efficacy,stroke specific quality of life scale (SS-QOL),neurological deficit scale (NDS) score,activity of daily living scale (ADL) score,cerebral hemodynamics[mean blood flow velocity (Vm),end diastolic blood flow velocity (Vd),resistance index (RI)],oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),malondialdehyde (MDA)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group (93.75%) was higher than that of the control group (75.56%) (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with the control group,Vm,Vd and SOD were higher,RI,GSH-PX and MDA were lower in the study group after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of SS-QOL and ADL of the two groups were increased,and the NDS score was decreased,especially in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of NGF for injection combined with fibrinogenase injection in the treatment of ACI patients is significant,which can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function,improve the quality of life of patients,improve cerebral blood circulation,reduce oxidative stress reaction,and has certain safety.
