Effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Anethol Trithione Tablets on Abdominal Pain,Gallbladder Systolic Function and Inflammatory Response of Patients with Chronic Cholecystitis
Objective To investigate the effects of chaishao liujunzi decoction combined with anethol trithione tablets on abdominal pain,gallbladder systolic function and inflammatory response of patients with chronic cholecystitisin. Methods Select 84 patients with chronic cholecystitis in Kaifeng Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with each group have 42 patients. The control group was treated with anethol trithione tablets,and the experimental group was treated with chaishao liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group,all treated for 8 weeks. Compared the two groups in the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions,and serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),leptin (Lep)]levels,gallbladder thickness,gallbladder shrinkage and abdominal pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)]before and after treatment. Results The experimental group of the total effective rate was 92.86％,was higher than the control group (78.58％) (P<0.05). The levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and Lep in 2 groups were decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Gallbladder thickness decreased and gallbladder shrinkage rate increased in 2 groups after treatment (P<0.05),the experimental group was lower in the gallbladder thickness than control group after treatment,and the gallbladder shrinkage rate was higher than control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the VAS scores of 2 groups were decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Chaishao liujunzi decoction combined with anethol trithione tablets has significant efficacy in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis,which can significantly reduce the inflammatory response in patients,improve gallbladder symptoms and alleviate abdominal pain in patients with good safety.
