Clinical Observation on Modified Qinghaiwan Combined with Estradiol Valerate Tablets in the Treatment of Deficiency of Kidney Yin Intermenstrual Bleeding
Objective Exploring the effect of Professor Zhou Shiyuan's empirical formula modified qinghaiwan combined with estradiol valerate tablets in the treatment of deficiency of kidney yin intermenstrual bleeding. Methods 60 patients deficiency of kidney yin intermenstrual bleeding admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yugan County from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with modified qinghaiwan on the basis of the control group. Compare the midmenstrual bleeding,improvement of accompanying symptoms,and changes in the levels of estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in the two groups. Results The TCM symptom scores,E2 and P levels of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33％,higher than that of the control group,which was 70.00％. Conclusion Modified qinghaiwan combined with estradiol valerate tablets is superior to estradiol valerate tablets alone in the treatment of deficiency of kidney yin intermenstrual bleeding and effectively improves patients' clinical symptoms.
