Effect of Yidanshu Capsules in the Adjuvant Treatment of Acute Severe Pancreatitis and Its Influence on Serum Related Indexes
Objective To analyze the effect of yidanshu capsules in the adjuvant treatment of acute severe pancreatitis and its influence on serum related indexes. Methods A total of 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to Yongfeng County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hemodialysis and perfusion,and the observation group was treated with yidanshu capsules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate,high density lipoprotein level and mean arterial pressure in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol,lipase,amylase,procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yidanshu capsules with the aid of hemodialysis and perfusion in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis has significant effects,which can effectively stabilize the hemodynamics and lipid metabolism of patients,and improve their immune function,with high safety and practicability.
