羊毛角蛋白含有芳香族氨基酸,对紫外光吸收性良好.采用氢氧化钠和双氧水溶解羊毛制备角蛋白溶液,优化的制备工艺为:羊毛1 g,NaOH 1 g,30%双氧水0.5 mL,溶解温度45℃,溶解时间3h,浴比1∶50.红外光谱分析显示,羊毛提取物是以α-螺旋型构象为主的蛋白质.经角蛋白溶液整理后的氧化棉织物的UPF值达25.78,对紫外光的UVA段和UVB段均有良好的屏蔽效果,且耐洗牢度良好.
Keratin solution is prepared by dissolving wool fiber with sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide. The optimum extraction process is determined as follows: wool fiber 1 g, NaOH 1 g, 30% H2O2 0.5 mL, dissolving at 45 °C for 3 h with bath ratio 1:50. Infrared spectrum shows that the wool extract is a kind of protein mainly containing a-helical conformation. Selective oxidized cotton fabric treated with wool keratin solution features improved UPF value of 25.78 and excellent shielding efficiency for UVA and UVB, as well as good washing fastness.
