棉织物低甲醛柔软阻燃整理

以PBTCA(2-磷酸基-1,2,4三羧酸丁烷)为交联剂,采用阻燃剂CP与环氧硅油一浴法工艺对棉织物进行低甲醛阻燃柔软整理,通过单因素试验得到优化工艺:阻燃剂CP 400 g/L,PBTCA 80 g/L,环氧硅油30 g/L,硫酸0.75%,一乙醇胺调节pH值,160℃焙烘4 min.棉织物整理后阻燃性能优良,损毁长度达到8.2 cm,阴燃时间和续燃时间均为0;柔软性有较大提高,整理后织物的白度及拉伸断裂强力略有下降;游离甲醛含量达到87.2 mg/kg,比常规CP阻燃整理工艺大幅降低.
Low-formaldehyde flame retardant and soft finish of cotton fabric
Low-formaldehyde softening and flame retardant finish of cotton fabric are carried out with cross-linking agent PBT-CA, CP flame retardant and epoxy silicone in one bath. The optimum process is determined via single factor experiment as follows: flame retardant CP 400 g/L, PBTCA 80 g/L, epoxy silicone 30 g/L, sulphuric acid 0.75% , adjusting pH value with mo-noethanolamine, and curing at 160 ℃ for 4 min. The finished cotton fabric has good flame retardancy with damaged length of 8.2 cm, afterflame time and afterglow time of 0, improved softness, slightly decreased whiteness and tensile strength, and lower formaldehyde residual of 87.2 mg/kg compared with conventional CP flame retardant finish.
