阳离子型反应性聚氨酯固色剂的合成及应用

采用N-甲基二乙醇胺与甲苯二异氰酸酯反应,制得3种端基为-OH的多叔胺基链段作为扩链剂;分别对由异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与聚乙二醇(PEG)反应制得的聚氨酯预聚体进行扩链反应,封闭-NCO基团,制得阳离子型反应性聚氨酯固色剂;再对活性染料染色棉织物进行固色处理.优化固色剂合成工艺试验结果显示,-NCO与-OH的物质的量之比值R=2.0,PEG的分子质量为1000,多叔胺基链段中阳离子基团数目为4个.该固色剂能将湿摩擦色牢度提高1级左右.
Synthesis and application of cationic reactive polyurethane fixing agent
Three kinds of chain extenders of multi-tertiary amine chain segments with-OH terminal group are synthesized with reaction of N-methyl-diethanolamine and toluene diisocyanate.Cationic reactive type polyurethane color fixing agents are prepared by chain extension reaction of isophorone diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol (PEG) with the above chain extenders followed by blocking reaction of-NCO groups,and then are applied to fixation of cotton reactive dyeings.The optimum synthesis parameters are:R =2.0,molecular weight of PEG =1 000 and the number of cationic groups in the multi-tertiary amine segment =4.The wet rubbing fastness of cotton reactive dyeings can be improved by about 1 level.
