Wet processing of polyurethane shape memory fiber/cotton core spun yarn
Cheese dyeing is carried out with shape memory polyurethane fiber/cotton core spun yarn.The winding density of core spun yarn is moderate or slightly small and the cheese weight is controlled below 800 g.In one-bath one-step alkali peroxide pretreatment,the core spun yarn is treated with sodium carbonate at the temperature below 95 ℃ and heating rate is strictly controlled.In cheese dyeing process,the sodium sulphate is added evenly into the dyeing machine,the dyes and sodium carbonate are added in the curve-feeding mode,and the main pump runs in the mode of five positive circulations to three reverse circulations.The results show that both the deformation fixity ratio and shape recovery ratio of the yarns after dyeing are over 85%.In addition,the cheese dyeings feature small inner-to-outer color difference and good color fastness.
